Because our items are custom-made, we aren’t able to offer returns or exchanges. Only items that are damaged or defective can be returned. In this case, please email us with photos and description of the defect/damage and we will advise you how to proceed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned within 7 days.

If your item doesn’t fit, we can’t take a return. Please make sure to note the measurements listed to make sure the item will fit before purchasing.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Once we receive and inspect the item, you will receive your refund.
